Admins can format AI-12 dashcam SD cards from Surfsight Portal. Formatting the SD card may be needed if the dashcam isn't recording.
Note
To format the SD card, first ensure that the dashcam is online or in standby mode.
To format the SD card:

From the Surfsight® add-in, go to the Vehicles area.

From the row of the dashcam you want to format, click Settings.

Click Format SD Card from the top of the page.

Click OK in the window that pops-up.
The SD card is formatted.
