This Release Notes document describes the following details for version C14-21 of the Surfsight Portal:
SUR-2588
Reseller partners can now receive a dashcam's metadata with the GET /devices/{imei} API call. This enables reseller partners to view a dashcam's details, such as the organization and group it belongs to and its IMEI number.
SUR-2811
Reseller partners can now delete sub-partners. From the sub-partner area of the Partner Portal, click the trash icon to remove the sub-partner. This automatically unassigns any dashcams associated with them.
SUR-3118
Reseller partners can now unassign dashcams from sub-partners. From the sub-partner area of the Partner Portal, select the desired dashcams and click Unassign. The dashcams then appear in the reseller partner's device area and can be assigned to a new sub-partner.
SUR-3378
Reseller partners can now receive the operational statistics of their dashcams and organizations with the GET /partners/operational-statistics API call. This enables reseller partners to view statistics about their dashcams and organizations, such as the number of activated dashcams and the number of alarms associated with their organizations in the past few weeks or months.
SUR-3398
There is now a dashboard in the Partner Portal. The dashboard is the default area you enter after logging into the Partner Portal and is also a menu item in the main menu. The dashboard includes an overview of the reseller partner's organizations, dashcams, and alarms.
SUR-3435
The GET /organizations/{orgId}/devices API call now returns the vehicle type in addition to its other parameters. The vehicle type affects the sensitivity at which events are triggered.
For more information about event triggers, see ???.
SUR-3376
When a reseller partner updates one of their data profiles, all dashcams associated with that data profile are also updated accordingly.
SUR-3390
When a sub-partner logs into the Partner Portal, they can no longer see the sub-partner menu item in the main menu.
SUR-3392
The name parameter in the PATCH /organizations/{orgId} API call is no longer required. You can update other organization parameters without entering or updating the organization name.
