View mobile connection

To check your cell phone connection:

  1. From the Surfsight Portal dashboard, click Devices on the navigation bar.

    The list of dashcams appears.

  2. Use the Search bar to find the name of the dashcam or select a group name to find the relevant dashcam. The list of views expands, enabling you to see the front (road-facing) and rear (in-cab) cameras, as well as any available auxiliary cameras.

  3. Click the three dots next to that dashcam.

    The Edit DashCam pops up and the mobile connection details can be viewed.
