KING-1894
We implemented a new relic log record with the IP address upon the initiation of a Live View session from a device. This new record will track which user is accessing the live feed and from where the access originated. The log record must capture the initiating user's ID, the IP address of the call source, and the date and time of the event.
KING-1827
This enhancement prevents specific recording-related alarms (e.g., "lens not recording") from being raised when AI-12 or AI-14 devices are in a Standby or Offline status. This improves the accuracy of event logs by suppressing irrelevant false alarms.
KING-1647
We added explanatory text to the Data Profile configuration and the Devices - Data Usage page. This clarifies that the monthly limit covers all streamed video recording—both when viewing clips on the timeline and when downloading streamed recordings. This update provides better data usage insights.

At kb.surfsight.net some tables are poorly formatted and may cause difficulty in reading them. We're currently working on overhauling our knowledge base and planning this fix as part of the changes. In the interim, partner resellers can refer to these PDFs in case they need a different format for better legibility. |

Locked dashcams' event settings are not set to off by default. They continue to send video to the cloud using data from the mobile network for any events configured with video attached. Work-around: Before locking a dashcam, change all of its event settings to off. |

Customers can set the minimum speed for MVAI events creation between 0 and 180 kmh. However, if you set speed lower than 5 kmh, the events will not be created. (Due to hardware limitations, we are investigating possible solutions.) |
