This Release Notes document describes the following details for version C5 of the SURFSIGHT Portal:
KING-225
This feature introduces an inactivation mechanism for the Multiple Power On/Off event alarm. The alarm will automatically become inactive and will not exhibit the same behavior if the power is turned off less than or equal to 5 times in a single day. The alarm v2 and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields, and the system will log and track historical unmount events, capturing all relevant details. Furthermore, the system will prevent the raising of two alarms of the same type for a particular IMEI.
KING-224
This feature introduces an in alarm-service-v2 to notify Lytx partners when a device's dashcam resets more than 30 times within a 24-hour period. This will allow partners to monitor for potential device issues. The system will raise an alarm when the reset threshold is exceeded, and the alarm v2 and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields. The system will also log and track historical events, capturing relevant details.
KING-227
This feature introduces an alarm to notify Lytx partners when a device is not working (not connecting to the cloud) for more than 4 continuous days. The system will raise an alarm when this condition is met. Once the device comes back online and transmits a diagnostic message, the alarm state will transition to inactive. The alarm v2 and v1 APIs will provide detailed results, including new fields. The system will also log and track historical events, capturing relevant details.

Locked dashcams' event settings are not set to off by default. They continue to send video to the cloud using data from the mobile network for any events configured with video attached. Work-around: Before locking a dashcam, change all of its event settings to off. |
