Change user passwords

Only users with admin permission can change user passwords.

To change a user password:

  1. Log into the Surfsight Portal and from the navigation bar, click i-cloud-settings-cog.png.

  2. From the Settings menu, select Manage Users.

    The Users list opens in the left panel.

  3. Click the arrow next to a username to open its context menu.

  4. From the menu, select Reset Password.

    A confirmation message appears with instructions. The user receives an email from which they change their password.
