You can add a single dashcam or multiple dashcams at once:

Each group of dashcams represents an organization. An organization can have dashcams from more than one reseller partner. Fleet managers can buy and manage dashcams from different reseller partners, and partners can help manage organizations with their own dashcams and those of other partners.
Note
When the Organization settings profile is enabled and users configure settings using a combination of single, bulk and this profile, each existing device is configured based on its most recent updates, regardless of method. Newly added devices are automatically configured with the Organization profile.

Click +.

Click ADD CAMERA.

Give the dashcam a unique name.
Note
The dashcam name also appears on the device list, so choose carefully.

Enter the dashcam IMEI number.
Note
The IMEI number can be found on the sticker on the dashcam itself or on the back of the dashcam box.

Click SUBMIT.
To test the dashcam connection, turn on the dashcam. After a minute you should see the dashcam name on the list with a green icon next to it, indicating the dashcam is online.

Add multiple dashcams in one click.

From the Surfsight Portal dashboard, click Devices on the navigation bar.

Click +.
A window opens from which you can add an additional dashcam or create a group.

Click BULK ADD.

Enter the IMEI number for each dashcam followed by its unique name. You can copy and paste this directly from a CSV file, or manually type the values.
Use the following format:
Dashcam IMEI Number, "Dashcam Name"
Note
The IMEI number can be found on the sticker on the dashcam itself or on the back of the dashcam box.

Click BULK ADD.
The dashcams should appear on the Cameras list.
