Troubleshooting: auxiliary cameras

The following table suggests solutions for issues that may arise with auxiliary cameras:


Possible cause

Suggested solution/explanation

The auxiliary camera doesn't record a vibration event.

The auxiliary cameras connect only after the main dashcam wakes up from Standby mode upon sensing movement.

The auxiliary cameras don't record after the vehicle has been turned off.

The auxiliary cameras stop recording at a minimum of ten minutes and a maximum of sixty minutes after the vehicle turns off, just like the main dashcam.
