The in-cabin-facing camera

The AI-12 dashcam has cameras on both sides, enabling the driver and cabin to be filmed as well as the view of the road from the cabin. With the in-cabin-facing camera, the following features are available:

The in-cabin-facing camera has two lenses - one for day and one for night. The night vision lens uses infrared light to illuminate the cabin.

By default, the in-cabin-facing camera is turned on. The subsequent recordings in the cloud are called Rear recordings.

When you turn the camera off entirely, none of these features are available.

To turn the visual and audio alerts off, see Set distracted driver features.

To turn the recordings off, see Set in-cabin-facing camera recordings.
