Shipping options and policies are detailed in the following tables. Refer to the appropriate table based on your shipping location.

USA Shipping Options

Shipping Options	Policy
Use your own account number (FedEx or UPS) for shipment.	Partners will provide FedEx or UPS account numbers. Shipping charges will be billed directly to the partner's designated account number. Lytx will complete the shipping label. Risk Transfer: Occurs upon collection of the cargo from the Lytx facility.
Lytx will use its own account number and bill logistics charges to partners.	Lytx will use the nominated logistics provider. Shipping charges will be invoiced by Lytx. Lytx will complete the shipping label. Risk Transfer: Occurs upon collection of the cargo from the Lytx facility.

International Shipping Options

Use your own account Number (DHL, FedEx or UPS) for shipment	ExWorks (EXW) + Origin Location	Partners will provide DHL, FedEx or UPS account numbers. Shipping charges will be billed directly to the partner's designated account number. Partners will provide a designated customs broker - complete name, address, and contact. Lytx will complete the shipping label and export the relevant documentation. Risk Transfer: Occurs upon collection of the cargo from the Lytx facility.
Lytx will use its own account number and bill logistics charges to partners	Carriage Paid To (CPT) + Customer Designated Foreign Destination/City/Country	Lytx will use the nominated logistics provider. Shipping charges will be invoiced by Lytx. Partners will provide a designated customs broker - Complete name, address, and contact. Lytx will complete the shipping label and export the relevant documentation. Risk Transfer: Occurs upon collection of the cargo from the Lytx facility.
